Important Payment & Processing Policy

Your order will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

If you place an order on or before the 7th of the month but payment is made after the 7th, your order will be processed in the next month’s cycle.

Orders without confirmed payment will not be scheduled for processing or pickup.

Payment confirmation (screenshot or receipt)

Please ensure your contact number and email address are correct so we can track your order easily.

When paying via bank transfer or GCash, kindly include your order number in the payment note or message, if possible.

Pickup, Warranty & Refund / Exchange

Pickup Schedule

Orders are available for pickup only on the 30th of each month. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Warranty Policy

The warranty period is 2 weeks from the date of pickup.

If the product has damage that is not caused by human error or misuse, the customer is eligible for a refund or exchange within the warranty period.

Refund / Exchange Conditions

Refunds or exchanges are only approved if:

The damage is confirmed to be a product defect (not customer misuse)

The claim is made within 2 weeks of pickup

Purchase invoice

Activation card number

Clear photo of the product/film

Description of the issue and cause of damage

Important Notes

Warranty is valid only within 2 weeks from pickup date

Damage caused by human error, misuse, or improper handling is not covered

All claims must be submitted within the warranty period
